Air Import Specialist Responsibilities:
- Coordinate import shipments and ensure compliance with customs regulations.
- Manage finance-related duties, including invoicing, checking financial documents, and reviewing sensitive freight documents for accuracy.
- Communicate with carriers, vendors, and customs brokers to facilitate timely clearance.
- Handle documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs paperwork.
- Monitor shipment status and provide updates to clients and internal teams.
- Resolve any issues or delays in import shipments.
- Collaborate with Customer Service teams to address client inquiries and concerns.
- Utilize import management systems to track and manage shipments.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of import documentation.
- Assist with customs audits and compliance efforts.

Job Requirements:
Air Import Specialist Qualifications:
