Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services to potential customers. Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and generate leads

- Reach out to new and existing customers to present our products or services

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication

- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions

- Negotiate sales contracts and terms with customers

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues

- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis

- Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, products, and competitors

Experience:

- Sales experience is not necessary, working experience preferably 3-5 years

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

- Proficiency in Mandarin / Spanish is a plus

- Experience in account management or business development is desirable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.39 - $20.46 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
