Resource Management Analyst at Oracle in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Job Description Responsible for sourcing external resources to fit project demand and budget requirements. Partners with Consulting management to fulfill external project staffing requirements, achieving optimal margin, and increasing overall customer satisfaction. Responsible for the collection, management, and communication of detailed resource specifications for assigned teams. Partner with approved vendors to identify resources to present for open staffing requirements. Escalate urgent requests on weekly staffing calls. Confirm assignment end dates. Actively monitor the selection/acceptance process for assigned resources. Update system with resource selection decision and supporting reason. Maintain data integrity. Contribute to overall practice reports and support ad hoc resourcing reporting. Responsibilities Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. Attention to detail. General understanding of the resource management tools and processes. Two years of resource management or related experience. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience needed.
