The Regional Manager of Operations will travel to all locations in GA and lead a team of Practice Managers and Medical Assistants, ensuring excellent patient care and customer service. This hands-on leadership role will implement changes to existing operational and business processes to meet current and future demands of our growing practices. The successful candidate will execute practice management protocols and continuous clinical quality improvement while providing ongoing communication, education, and support to the team. This role will be responsible for oversight and management of multiple practices and will be required to travel 50% of the time or more as needed.

AllCare Leadership Responsibilities:

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plans, directs, organizes, and takes ownership of the daily operations of assigned groups of clinics, usually 10-15 locations in a given market.
  • Builds a high performing team with high morale and addresses performance issues quickly and decisively.
  • Ensures the clinic is safe and in compliance with quality standards by conducting audits of all centers in assigned region.
  • Drives high performance in established company KPI’s and P&L performance.
  • Manages and provides operational support and leadership to center level teams including direct supervision of Practice Managers within assigned region.
  • Participates in all ordinary functions of management including interviewing field team members and Practice Managers.
  • Addresses individual or team performance deficiencies via disciplinary actions and performance evaluations.
  • Handles patient escalations and visitor issues and complaints. Provides feedback and follow-up training to Practice Managers and employees. Recognizes good performance.
  • Implements programs, practices, and leads teams designed to improve operations, staff retention and employee engagement.
  • Ensures that Practice Managers & workforce management create monthly schedules for non-provider staff based on clinic volume/needs. Always ensures adequate staffing.
  • Ensures assigned clinics environments are clean, orderly and in compliance with company policy and accrediting standards.
  • Works closely with the Vice President of Operations, Practice Managers, Medical Assistants, Front Desk, and Administration team to maintain smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
  • Maintains confidentiality of patient, employee, and proprietary business information. Understands and follows all company policies and practices regarding HIPAA. Monitors employees to ensure compliance.
Requirements:
  • Five years of multi site management experience, with a healthcare background strongly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of payroll and scheduling.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced working environment and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Proven ability to supervise, coach and develop people leaders & staff using excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Assists AllCare leadership in planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring quality control and quality assessment.
  • Strong computer skills – Excellent knowledge of Microsoft suite of products (Word, Excel,Visio, MS Project, PowerPoint and SharePoint), formatting, drafting and updating documents, creating workflow documentation, Smartsheet use and other computer program knowledge.
  • Knowledge of computerized information systems (EMR).
  • Ability to transparently communicate complex concepts and strategies and work cross-functionally in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment.
  • Organized, detail oriented and the ability to multi-task and maintain detailed records.
  • Understanding of HIPAA, OSHA and other state/federal healthcare requirements and regulations.
