Compensation: $50,000 Base Salary Commission

Schedule: Monday – Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm)
Schedules may vary as you may be expected to be in the office, on the road, or at a client’s facilities.

Your Role:

• Source top-tier candidates across industries using diverse methods and platforms.
• Establish rapport through various communication channels, building strong relationships.
• Manage candidate communication and documentation efficiently.
• Conduct thorough phone screenings to assess qualifications.
• Post captivating job descriptions and explore innovative sourcing avenues.
