We are seeking an energized, organized, customer service minded individual to join our Elkhorn office as a Staffing Specialist/Recruiter. This person will work closely with our business clients and applicants to fill light industrial, skilled trades, semiprofessional and office positions.

• Complete new hire and applicant paperwork
• Interview and complete necessary background checks and assessments.
• Coordinate client interviews, clients specific orientations.
• Process weekly payroll

Recruiter Requirements:

• Candidate MUST have prior office/customer service experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office suite, above average written and verbal communication skills required.
• Candidate must be able to multi-task, be accurate and be comfortable with the sales aspect of the position.
• Knowledge of manufacturing is helpful, but not necessary
