Neurosurgery Office seeking an experienced surgery scheduler to join our team as part of the surgery department. This individual would be responsible for booking all surgical cases directly with hospitals, working side by side with providers, gathering all pre-ops, labs, radiology reports, medical clearances and any other required documentation prior to surgery. Accuracy is a must, attention to detail required. This individual must be able to communicate effectively and professionally with patients, healthcare providers and hospital staff.

Job requirements consist of a minimum of 3 years experience in surgery scheduling, Medical terminology, ability to interact with professionals and the public in a caring and professional manner, ability to adapt to a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment, and ability to learn new tasks quickly. Bilingual Spanish required. Experience with EMR.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
