Job Description:

• The Patient Registration Associate will be responsible for handling a high volume of procedure and appointment scheduling.
• The associate will also be responsible for handling follow up messages from patients and providers.
• Additional duties include registering patients, handling insurance verification, updating demographics, and following up on provider notes.
• Must have a familiarity with the EMR.
• A high level of customer service is required!
• This is a fast paced, high volume, outpatient specialty clinic that sees about 100-150 patients per day.

Schedule: Monday through Friday – Rotating weekends ARE required

• Shift Availability: either 7-3:30 or 8-4:30

Must Haves:

• High School Diploma
• 1.5 to 3 years in patient registration or patient scheduling in a high volume clinic
• Availability to work rotating weekends
