JOB SCOPE:

Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of all pots and pans used in all F&B outlets. Uses the necessary uniform during the shift. Other duties as required.

JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Scrubs and washes all pots and pans by hand.
• Sweeps and mops floors.
• Keeps all equipment clean in storage room.
• Storing tasks
• Stores all pots and pans in designated areas.

QUALIFICATIONS:

ESSENTIAL:

• 6 months experience in a position that provides the skills necessary for this position.
• DESIRABLE:
• High school graduate

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:

ESSENTIAL:

• Knowledge of the safe use of various chemicals and safety concerns.
• Following standard sanitation rules.
• Effectively communicate verbally; fluent in English

Other Physical Skills

• Using cleaning compounds and withstanding use for long period of time.
• Ability to bend, lift, push, pull and carry in excess of 50 pounds
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time

DESIRABLE:

Salary Range - $27.14 - $30.76
