We are seeking an Ecommerce Account Manager to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
• Resolve and oversee customer inquiries and complaints
• Forecast and monitor prospective sales on various ecommerce channels
• Research market in order to discover new trends and technologies in order to improve website performance
• Analyse various data in order to deliver data driven strategies in order to deliver top performance and achieve kpis
• Oversee or directly manage digital marketing channels across PPC, SEO, Display, affiliates and email marketing and social media
• Organizing Ecommerce orders on various platforms
• weekly and monthly reports to upper management/supervisor on account health, provide KPI reports.
• Answering and maintaining various sales channel of customer orders, inquiries, FAQ.
• Complete daily tasks promptly
• Following company internal policies
• Self-motivated to complete any tasks
• Material form creations

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
