Responsibilities include setup of presentation and conferencing systems, technical coordination of events, system troubleshooting, problem resolution and product installation . Day to day duties may include daily room check out, system troubling-shooting, delivery, and tracking of portable presentation equipment, facilitating equipment repair, and meeting set-up. Experience in MS Teams, Zoom, Webex, Extron, Crestron, audio and video conferencing, projection, and display systems. An associate's degree or its equivalent is required, as well as 2 - 5 years of experience.
