Join our team! We are looking for a new team member with experience in the dental or medical field to work part-time or full-time. You will be an integral part in ensuring that the office runs smoothly and supporting patients and staff. You need to have great communication skills, be organized, friendly, and caring. Experience with dental software and patient care preferred.

Some responsibilities include:

Greet and check in patients

Collect patient information, medical information and update as needed

Schedule dental appointments

Present and explain treatment plans

Collect dental insurance information

Explain dental insurance plans and coverage

Collect payments

Answer phones calls and respond to patient requests in professional and caring manner

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 32 per week
