Responsibilities
- Conduct outside sales activities to acquire new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Utilize negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales campaigns.
- Manage accounts effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Negotiation skills
- Customer service experience
- Previous sales experience
- Spanish is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
We will provide paid training and in field training to ensure you’re equipped and confident. We will also provide a company gas card.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
Compensation package:
- Bonus opportunities
- Commission only
- Commission pay
- Profit sharing
- Uncapped commission
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No nights
- Weekends as needed
