Salary: $85,419-$100,000 per year/DOE

Medical benefits-eligible first of the month following 28 days of employment. All other benefits-eligible first of the month following 90 days of employment.

Position Overview : The Account Manager represents Manna Beverages & Ventures and interacts with our portfolio of customers. There will be account objectives that this person will be responsible for executing successfully. This person is imperative to the continuous growth and future contract manufacturing customers of Manna Beverages & Ventures. The Account Manager is successful by securing contractual agreements and coordinating the entire Manna Beverages & Ventures team to support the operation of the accounts’ production and logistics needs. In addition, this person will collaborate with Manna Beverages & Ventures customer service representative(s) as they develop and support other current or prospective customers.

Language Skills: English proficiency required. Spanish is a plus.

Supervisory Responsibilities: None.

Amount of Travel Involved : 25%.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Follow all safety procedures and work as safe as possible at all times.
  • Manage the portfolio of our accounts
  • Achieve assigned account objectives
  • Establish strong, long-term customer relationships
  • Communicate with our customers on a regular basis and respond to specific queries
  • Assess, clarify and validate customer requirements, needs and goals.
  • Suggest solutions and innovative ideas to meet customer needs
  • Manage customer complaints and problems in a timely and effective manner
  • Act as the liaison between customers and internal teams
  • Identify and approach new potential customers and supplier partners
  • Support the development of the annual case budget by facility and production line along with continuously reviewing performance, customer forecasts and capacity.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and strategic account KPI’s
  • Supports the development of new business quotations, customer contract negotiations and customer project proposals.
  • Assure that Manna Beverages & Ventures accounts adhere to their contractual obligations
  • Support the development of customer performance and initiative presentations for Manna Beverages & Ventures senior leadership
  • Support new customer onboarding, customer product launches & initiatives
  • Contribute to the leadership of external marketing efforts such as trade shows, new customer inquiries and webpage/social media efforts specifically supporting Manna Beverages & Ventures contract manufacturing.
  • Monitor and follow industry trends in trade literature

Education and/or Experience:

  • High School Diploma required;
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferred;
  • Minimum of 5 years general office experience required;
  • 1-2 years’ experience managing a team preferred;
  • Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must be computer literate.

Work Environment: In the office, the noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate. On occasion, the employee may be exposed to loud noise, moving vehicles, and cold/hot temperatures, while working in the Warehouse.
