Shift: 7am-4pm (Mon-Fri)
Location: Wenatchee, WA
Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Flooring Laborer to join our team. As a Flooring Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting in the installation, repair, and maintenance of various types of flooring materials including hardwood, laminate.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of floors for installation, including removing existing flooring, cleaning, and leveling surfaces.
- Install flooring materials according to specifications and industry standards.
- Operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Measure and cut flooring materials accurately.
- Assist with the removal and disposal of old flooring materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in flooring installation preferred.
- Knowledge of different types of flooring materials and installation techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
