Duties And Responsibilities IncludeThe IT Services Desk Specialist is a key team member responsible for providing comprehensive support in IT service onboarding projects, strategic requirements, and service improvements. Working within the framework of industry best practices and the AO's IT Project Management Framework, the Specialist contributes to integration, scope, time, cost, communications, risk, and stakeholder management activities. This includes executing project charters, managing schedules, estimating costs, implementing communication plans, and addressing risks. The role involves collaborating with diverse stakeholders, ensuring project adherence to constraints, and supporting the timely closure of projects. The IT Services Desk Specialist plays a crucial role in contributing to the overall success of the EOC Onboarding Services Team (EOST) by efficiently managing tasks through project lifecycle phases and achieving organizational goals.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of IT Service Desk experience
- Current VMware Certification OR 3 years experience supporting a VMware virtual/hosted desktop environment
- Bachelor's degree required
- Prefer experience working at US Courts
- ITILv4, and/or ServiceNow certification(s) desired
- This position is contingent on contract award to Gunnison Consulting.
