I am searching for a Business Analyst for a Hybrid, contract opportunity for our client located in Wash. D.C.Job Requirement
- Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering or other related field
- Expert ability to respond to incidents and solve problems
- Ability to interface with vendors and internal personnel to problem solve
- Knowledge of incident reporting applications such as Service Now
- Ability to interface with internal and external resources to solve problems.
- Broad knowledge of multiple computer environments, platforms, and technologies.
- Ability to translate technical issues to non-technical audiences
- Knowledge of Windows and Windows Server operating systems
- Knowledge of Linux, both command line and Gnome interfaces
- Experience with API tools such as Postman
