LHH is currently partnering with a nonprofit in the Washington, DC looking to bring on an HR Specialist. This organization recently went through a system implementation to ADP workforce now and it looking for candidate who have experience utlizing this software. In this role you will assist with a personal file digitizing project and ensuring personal files are documented and categorized correctly. This is a contract position for the next 2-3 months and will pay $22-$25 per hour based on experience. For more information, please apply today!

Responsibilities:

• Review, scan, upload HR personal files
• Manage project and ensure digitizing and filing is efficient
• Help with new software implementation to ADP
• Answer login questions and inquires
• Assist team members with obtaining documents in ADP software
• Manage questions and inquires with software

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree preferred, not required
• Experience utilizing ADP, required
• Strong attention to detail
• MS office experience
• Organized
• Ability to work in a fast pace environment
