· Consistently drive new business by training and developing your team to initiate connections with potential merchants each day.

· Maintain an active pipeline of your own and your teams qualified leads.

· Apply strategic tactics to organize deal structure.

· Utilize interpersonal savvy to advance the culture and ideas of SLS and your team.

· Be an enthusiastic advocate for the products and tools SLS provides.

· Continuously drive results for yourself, your team, and SLS and share all the glory!

· Lead a cool and diverse group of people.

Success in this role requires:

· Promoting and modeling unwavering tenacity, prideful passion, and unmistakable banter in a sales environment.

· Driving emotional intelligence combined with zeal for success through a Herculean work ethic within your team.

· Providing precision, laser-guided focus and direction to accomplish your goals, your teams’ goals and be successful in all aspects of the business.
