Title: AR Specialist
Location: Hybrid - Tysons Corner, VA
Hourly Rate: Market Rate
Job Type: Contract / Contract to Hire
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Government Invoicing as a core responsibility
• Serve as backup for A/P Accountant when needed
• Work with various contract types, including T&M, FFP, CP, IDIQ
• Demonstrate self-sufficiency as a Mid-level/Senior professional
• Participate in a team of four persons, collaborating closely with Billing Manager
• Support A/P department during downtime
• Occasional in-office presence for the first week, with a transition to 1-2 days a week
• Utilize Deltek Costpoint for efficient financial operations
Qualifications:
• Mid-level/Senior level experience in A/R Invoicing
• Proficiency in Government Billing processes
• Familiarity with T&M, FFP, CP, IDIQ contract types
• Experience using Deltek Costpoint is required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills
