Zantech is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Technical Writer to join our team and support our government proposal development efforts. As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for working with a great team to write technical proposals that meet or exceed the requirements of government agencies in areas related to Information Technology and Systems Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and analysis to understand technical requirements and constraints of government proposals
• Write technical proposals to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance and tell a compelling story within proposal requirements
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and proposal team members to develop technical content and ensure consistency across proposals
• Support the existing proposal repository and build on our internal resources.
• Understand and follow the timeframe set by the Proposal Director to deliver the proposal before the due date
• Participate in proposal reviews, debriefs, and post-submission activities as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in technical writing
• 2 years proposal writing
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
