What We Need From You:
- Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints
- Schedule shipments by calendar to ensure all loads can be shipped as planned
- Responsible for having UWC Transportation loads preloaded on time for delivery
- Process freight orders and bills of landing and ensure drivers sign all necessary paperwork
- Run stock reports to check for product availability and ensure proper stock rotation
- Check all orders for special requests and post inventory record
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years Customer Service experience
- 10 key
- Basic computer skills
- Experience with database, accounting and enterprise resource planning software
