We are looking for a PART-TIME Independent Living Support Worker to add to our team! All you need is a High School Diploma / G.

E.D. required and you must be at least 25 years of age. Must hold a valid Driver’s License.

A Day in The Life as an Independent Living Support Worker

As an IL Support Worker, you will be responsible for the direct supervision and safety of our 10 on-site Trail clients. Daily responsibilities may include helping clients maintain the cleanliness of their apartment, conducting apartment walk-throughs, helping clients find and maintain employment, assist Trail clients with their various educational needs (i.

e., help with homework and access supports), administer medications, and complete documentation such as daily logs and medication administration records.

PART-TIME IL Support Workers are expected to participate in monthly staff meetings and trainings.
