Duties:

• Develop and update program-specific forms and templates using Adobe software, ensuring adherence to ADA compliance standards and accuracy of information.
• Manage and maintain a comprehensive tracking system for program assets, including fleet cars, computer equipment, devices, and supplies assigned to staff, streamlining inventory processes.
• Collaborate with program stakeholders to identify and create forms tailored to their specific needs, ensuring usability and compliance.

• Proficient in Adobe software suite, especially in creating and modifying forms and templates.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and ADA compliance in all documentation.
• Ability to organize and maintain comprehensive tracking systems for various program assets.
