*Job Duties & Responsibilities *
- Support all departments regarding administrative tasks
- Greet & Communicate with new hires, employees & clients when they come through the door
- Keep inventory and order supplies & snacks
- Assist with office duties (take out trash, get mail sort and distribute, etc)
- Potentially assist on booking hotels & travel for employees
- Assist Management with meetings & food ordering
- Answer phone calls and transfer appropriately
- Translate (Spanish), when needed for office staff & employees
- Other functions & job duties might arise when needed
*Job Qualifications*
- Experience as a Administrative Assistant (2 years)
- Experience in a high paced office environment
- Experience managing inventory
- Proficient in MS office, Excel is a PLUS
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem solving and decision-making aptitude
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is REQUIRED
