Job Summary

Determines the organization’s media goals and objectives and oversees development and execution of media plans and programs.

General Accountabilities

• Keeping website updated with dealership's existing inventory and current prices.
• Manages customer leads, responding to all inquiries in a quickly and timely manner.
• Answers customers questions on product inventory
• Makes appointments for interested customers
• Knowledgeable of the product details
• Fast paced technological
• Gets along with fellow sales associates
• Oversees activities of media department; hires, trains, supervises, motivates, and develops management staff.
• Develops, maintains, and communicates knowledge of trends, innovations, and opportunities to improve and/or adjust media buying.
• Provides day to day guidance and oversight of subordinates; actively works to promote and recognize performance.
• Monitors overall activities of the media department; identifies problem areas and directs corrective actions.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
• Willing to work non- traditional hours

Job Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Two to four years' related experience.
