JobDescription

We are seeking anexperienced Painter to join our team. As an experienced painter youshould be able to apply paint to the interior and exterior of abuilding or structure to make it look more vibrant and attractivewhile doing your work with integrity.

You should have completeknowledge of brushes and tools used in the painting process. Youshould be able to read understand and follow a work order.

Attention to detail and your ability to provide the best resultsunder all circumstances are the key requirements for this position.

You will be responsible for prepping and painting interior andexterior surfaces without direct supervision for a clienteleexpecting excellence with a smile!

Responsibilities :

• Ensurethe availability of all the equipment and helpers required for thetask
• Prepare the painting surface suitable forpainting
• Use only the required amount of paintallotted for the project
• Handle the work in aprofessional manner
• Must understand projectflow and seek clarity where necessary
• Mustunderstand project budget and hit daily production targets whilemaintaining quality and company / industrystandards
• Must be able to communicateeffectively with Crew Leader Painters Managers Office StaffForeman / Owner other trades andhomeowner
• Coordinate with the customer orcontractor to ensure that the job site and scope of work areunderstood and delivered
• Coordinate with officestaff to ensure the work order and procedures are followed whileupdating staff and management on theproject
• Clean the mess and supplies once theproject is completed
• Always work in anefficient and timely manner
• Must demonstrateconsistent safe work habits andpractices
