We are currently seeking a Part Time Property Caretaker / Housekeeper to join our team at , a unit apartment community in Springfield, IL.

Position Summary :

As a Caretaker, you will be responsible for maintaining the building(s) and surrounding grounds in a neat and tidy manner.

Responsibilities :

• Maintain general appearance of the property and grounds
• Clean common areas, hallways, and amenities
• Clean and prepare vacant apartments for new residents
• Be on-call as scheduled by management

Qualifications :

• Previous housekeeping and cleaning experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing systems, and painting
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
