Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Specialist to join our team. As an E-commerce Specialist, you will be responsible for managing our online sales platforms and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Duties:

- Manage and update product listings on various e-commerce platforms

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate stock levels

- Process online orders and ensure timely fulfillment

- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving any issues

- Collaborate with the IT team to create engaging product descriptions and images

- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth

- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase online sales

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in e-commerce or online retail is preferred

- Strong knowledge oF electronics is a plus

- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing product listings and inventory

- Proficient in time management to meet deadlines

Pay: $15.50 - $19.00 per hour
