Title: Construction Project Manager

Location: Downtown Seattle, WA

Engagement Type: Contract to Hire/Permanent

Pay: $120K - $140K DOE

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager for a large commercial general contracting company.

• Responsibke for planning, organizing, and directing project activities with Site Superintendents and Foremen.
• Create and implement project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards related to contract specifications.
• Collaborates with supervisors and foremen to discuss work updates, timelines, or problems that arise during projects.
• Drives communication with owners and serves as a liaison to facilitate project.
• Provides administrative direction of on-site foremen to ensure project is completed on schedule and within budget.
• Attends project meetings and supports strategy.
• Reads, interprets and conveys blueprints and project plans along with contract terms to administrative staff, workers and stakeholders
• Delivers reports related to such areas as work progress, costs and timelines.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFCATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or other related field
• 6 years of project management experience with a track record of completing construction projects on time and within budget
• Must have experience working with a commercial general contractor
• Proficiency in project scheduling tools such as Procore, MS Project, and P6
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• PMP certification is a plus
