Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Gerry Homes. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence while upholding our company's core values. This position offers hands-on training directly from Gerry Homes' owners and reports directly to them, providing a unique opportunity for personalized mentorship and professional growth.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all phases of the construction process, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, site superintendents, operations admin, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project objectives are met.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify and address any issues or obstacles that may arise.
- Conduct regular site inspections and provide timely updates to stakeholders on project status.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures where possible.

Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, and materials
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a track record of successfully managing projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
