JOB DESCRIPTION:

Moss Green Screen Printing is currently looking for a competent and energetic person to work in our Shipping & Receiving Department. You'll be involved in all aspects from receiveing daily shipments of blank items to shipping out completed orders via UPS & FedEx.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receiving incoming blank goods
• Communicating with clients about their orders
• Shipping completed orders via UPS WorldShip & ShipStation
• Working closely with our Production Manager to streamline schedling of orders

DUTIES INCLUDE

• Maintaining a Receiving Log for incoming goods
• Counting in goods and notifying clients of discrepancies
• Reviewing Work Orders and Packing Slips
• Entering shipping information into ShipStation and UPS WorldShip
• Preparing completed orders for pick-up by UPS & FedEx

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous Shipping & Receiving experience very helpful
• Must be able to multi-task
• Knowledge of ShipStation, UPS Worldship or any other shipping software helpful
• Dependability is key. We are a small company and each employee is important
• Must be physically fit and able to stand for long hours. You will be on your feet all day
• Able to lift 35-45 pounds regularly
• Basic office skills: emailing, printing, copying, scanning, data entry
• General familiarity with spreadsheets
• Good command of both written and spoken English
• Must work well with others

SCHEDULE:

Full-time, Monday-Friday 8:00-4:30

Moss Green has been screen printing in Seattle for over 25 years. Our shop is located in the Interbay area, just south of the Ballard Bridge. We work with Advertising and Promotional Companies to produce high-volume screen printed & heat transferred garments & swag. We’re a small, busy company. The work environment is fast-paced but friendly. Our position in the screen printing market is strong and we've established long-term relationships with our clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
