Job Summary: As a Sales Engineer, you will be a critical link between our product development and sales teams, playing a key role in driving revenue and customer satisfaction. You will leverage your technical expertise and strong communication skills to demonstrate the value of our healthcare software solutions to prospective clients, ensuring a seamless integration into their existing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
· Technical Expertise: Provide deep technical knowledge and insight into our products, explaining their benefits and functionality to potential clients.
· Solution Design: Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide technical support throughout the sales process.
· Presentations and Demos: Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value and capabilities of our solutions. Serve as a subject matter expert on our software products, including their development, support, and architecture.
· Proposal Development: Assist in the creation of detailed and accurate technical proposals, including system architecture and integration plans.
· Market Feedback: Gather and relay client feedback to the product development team to inform future enhancements and innovations.
· Training: Provide training to the sales team on new products and features, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary technical knowledge.
· Collaboration: Work closely with the product, engineering, and support teams to ensure a seamless transition from pre-sales to post-sales.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
· Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a sales engineering role, preferably in the healthcare software industry.
· Strong technical background with experience in software development, support, and architecture.
· Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
· Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under tight deadlines.
· Experience with healthcare IT standards and regulations (e.g., HL7, HIPAA) is highly desirable.
· Familiarity with cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data integration technologies.
· Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
· Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Job Type: Full-time Benefits :
Salary starts $80,000 per year
Monday- Friday 8am- 5pm
