The base listed on advertisement is just the base. Most of annual salary will be via commission. Commission is uncapped and high volume.

Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and recruit qualified nursing professionals for travel assignments across various specialties and locations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, understanding their career goals and preferences to match them with suitable assignments.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide timely solutions.
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact through placement and beyond.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to effectively recruit top talent.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the healthcare or staffing industry.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
