You will be part of a team that values skills in areas such as clerical duties, receptionist responsibilities, and payroll functions.Responsibilities:• Ensure effective staffing of the nursing units on a daily basis• Coordinate with internal staff and external staffing agencies to fill vacant shifts• Accurately input data into the scheduling system to generate daily reports• Perform clerical reception and general office duties, maintaining a professional and welcoming environment• Maintain and update employee contact information for designated areas• Maintain attendance records on-call and float lists• Process leave requests and input data into the payroll system• Coordinate small programs within a limited budget• Maintain staff qualifications list and ensure all members are up-to-date with necessary vaccinations• Adhere to all corporate regulations and standards, promoting a culture of sensitivity and respect.
