What You’ll Do
  • Assist in attracting top talent, conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
  • Foster a positive work environment, address employee concerns, and promote a culture of open communication.
  • Coordinate employee benefits programs and provide support for any benefits-related inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, ensure compliance with labor laws, and support HR audits.
  • Help organize training sessions and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
What We're Looking For:
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software is a plus.
  • High level of confidentiality, strong attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
