Our client, a well-known online food catering ad delivery platform based in San Francisco, is seeking a Marketing Manager on a fully remote basis.

Our client is looking for a Marketing Manager to join their New and Emerging Verticals (Grocery, Retail, Pets, Convenience and more) Co-marketing function, focused on driving marketing opportunities with merchant partners critical to the organization’s selection story in new categories. They are looking for a passionate individual who is eager to contribute to team growth and foster a collaborative environment. NV Mx are category forming and this person would have a front row seat to unlocking critical selection for DD and new use cases. This role needs a builder and leader excited about cementing marketing strategy and process in a nascent function, while creating strong relationships with top national merchants to identify comarketing opportunities. You will report into our Ads and Promos Marketing organization.
Duties:

• Effectively create and execute integrated, consumer-facing marketing campaigns built against both merchant and company goals, while working with cross functional teams to define and build processes to scale their team’s impact.
• Develop a new function and playbook to unlock value from our most valued Enterprise partnerships and help shape a global and mission driven consumer brand through the lens of Merchant Partnerships.
• Own and nurture marketing relationships with some of our largest and high profile New Vertical partnerships, develop annual and quarterly integrated marketing strategies and plans while driving alignment with internal and external stakeholders Implement integrated marketing campaigns from strategy and concept, through production, implementation, delivery, and reporting.
• Manage daily operations of partner marketing efforts, including promotions, emails, creative concept project briefs and development, partner approvals and status meetings.
• Create regular internal and partner-facing reports to track campaign and promotion performance.
• Use a data-first approach to improve campaigns against our goals, improve profitability, achieve results, and identify new opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

• 8 years of professional experience in marketing in a corporate environment
• Experience in operating at highly strategic and tactical levels, switching between them effortlessly.
• Knowledge of audience insights through partnership with research, analytics, and by driving original research to define the needs of the consumer audience.
• Experience leveraging insights to build consensus with large cross-functional teams and of building trusted relationships with senior marketing leaders.
• Proven track record of driving successful marketing campaigns that drive customer adoption and top line impact.
• Fluency with data - including market/segment sizing, forecasting, and working with analytics to understand efficacy of campaigns after the fact.
