KTeam is Hiring an Executive Assistant Near San Diego, CA

We're looking for a San Diego-based Executive Assistant for a hybrid onsite/remote position supporting a busy investor and entrepreneur across his business portfolio.

You'll be responsible for maintaining calendars and scheduling across business engagements, booking travel, coordinating with vendors and business teams, and keeping him organized and prioritized across all activities.

About the Executive:

  • Lives in Pacific Beach, San Diego with business operations focused in the PB and La Jolla area, as well as Scottsdale, AZ
  • Travels frequently, both domestically and internationally - will occasionally require Assistant to travel as well (not extensively)
  • Business focuses are mainly in real estate and digital marketing/media

Critical must-haves to be considered:

  • Personal pride in ensuring that tasks are executed to the highest standard possible
  • Extremely strong communication skills
  • Results and solutions-driven work style
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Must live in San Diego and be able to work onsite out of his North PB home 3-4 days a week, with one day remote

Start date: ASAP

Work location: onsite 3-4 days/wk; 1 day remote (work is in the Pacific Beach/La Jolla area of San Diego)

Compensation: $75,000-$85,000 annually 100% paid healthcare and unlimited PTO

Position focus areas:

  • Project management - (Asana mastery a huge plus)
  • Heavy calendar management and scheduling
  • Oversight and organization of email, vendor, and business correspondence
  • Business admin in coordination with internal HR, Legal, and Accounting
  • Event planning and coordination - manage all communications with invitees, vendors, venues, and ensure execution at the highest level
  • Travel coordination for executives and hosted parties
  • Daily check-ins across all teams and project updates

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years experience as an Exec and/or Personal Assistant
  • High level of emotional intelligence, ability to think critically, and distill information into action items
  • Strong project management skills, ideally well-versed using Asana
  • Intensely details-focused, extremely organized - you're a total perfectionist at heart
  • Highly proficient in G Suite applications - Calendar, Gmail, etc.
  • Experienced managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
  • Strong ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
  • Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to roll with punches, adapt, problem-solve
  • Can execute autonomously and ask questions needed to move projects forward
