Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team. The Contract Administrator will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of contract management, ensuring compliance, and facilitating effective communication between stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire contract lifecycle from initiation to closeout
- Review and analyze contracts for accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Collaborate with legal and procurement teams to negotiate contract terms
- Implement change management processes as needed
- Monitor contractor performance and compliance with contractual obligations
- Maintain accurate contract documentation and records
- Provide guidance on contract-related issues to internal teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Law, or related field
- Proven experience in contract administration or related field
- Strong knowledge of contract management systems
- Familiarity with compliance management practices
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in contractor management and document review is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
