Duties and Responsibilities for Accounts Payable Specialist:
- Supporting the APDepartment
- Processing HIGH VOLUME of Payables (1-500 /week)
- very detail oriented
- inquisitive-must gather all information about vendors and enter it into the system
- Working in "Service Titan" HVAC/Construction program-WILL TRAIN
- MS Outlook and MS Office Experience a must
- Solid email etiquette
- Understand the importance of being responsive to vendors and peers
- QuickBooks experience is a MUST (at least 2 years of exper)
- Accounts Payable Experience (2-3 years preferred)
- Solid email etiquette-response time, punctuation, and grammar
- Shows initiative-when done with assignment/tasks, don't be afraid to ask for more
- Temp to Hire
- Monday-Friday from 8am - 5:00pm
- $ 21-23/hr
