Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to help them regain movement and manage pain following injuries or illnesses. You will play a vital role in improving patients' quality of life and promoting their overall well-being.
Duties:
- Evaluate patients' medical history and perform physical examinations
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals
- Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and other interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Educate patients and their families on exercises, self-care techniques, and injury prevention strategies
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
- Experience in trigger point therapy, pediatrics, acute care, or hospital settings is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
