Company DescriptionThe HR Generalist is a key role that involves managing and coordinating various human resource and payroll functions to include recruitment, payroll, and compliance. Job DescriptionRecruitment and Staffing:Coordinate the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely and effective recruitment.Data Management:Maintain accurate employee records s and employee data.Generate reports and provide HR metrics.Payroll Processing:Coordinate and process weekly, bi-weekly or monthly payroll accurately and in a timely manner for US & Canada.Verify time and attendance records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.Address payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies.Employee Onboarding and Offboarding:Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including paperwork, orientation, and system access.Process terminations and conduct exit interviews, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.Coordination with HR Functions:Collaborate with HR BP and other HR professionals to support various HR initiatives and programs.Participate in HR projects as needed.HR Policies and Compliance:Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures to employees.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in HR roles, with a focus on generalist responsibilities.Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
