POSITION SUMMARY: Provides individual and group therapy throughout the continuum of psychiatric services. Develops, implements and documents the treatment planning process and contributes to a smooth transition through the continuum of care. |
EDUCATION/TRAINING: Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Psychiatric Nursing or related Mental Health field required. At least three years of clinical experience in an established psychiatric setting. Experience working in a managed care environment. |
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION: Current valid licensure from the State of Illinois or active pursuit with licensure obtained within two years of being in the position. Licensure must be a LCPC, LPC, LSW, AMFT or LMFT. Maintains current nonviolent crisis intervention Certification. (annual)-Exception-not required for BHR therapists. |
