Creek House Commons is Hiring a Maintenance Technician Near Rochester, NY
We are a local property management company that provides support and maintenance for 2 residential rental complexes and 3 commercial sites.
With almost 300 apartments and 3 commercial properties our employees stay busy year round. We are looking for hard workers that can follow written and verbal directions, anticipate the next steps and strive to provide great customer service to our tenants. Candidates must be comfortable working as part of a team or independently, and must be willing to take direction and feedback from a supervisor.
Hours are Monday through Friday 8:00AM - 4:45PM, with overtime for emergency on call shifts.
You must be willing to work outside during the winter and summer.
You must have reliable transportation to get to and from work, and a valid driver license. Transportation between properties during work hours will be provided.
Opening is immediate. Starting Pay is $19-$23 per hour, and is based on experience. Please respond with your resume attached as a Word document or PDF, or simply call 585-338-3450.
