Job Purpose: The Project Manager I utilizes independent judgement in performing site inspections to communicate, organize, and deliver quality projects, completed on time and within budget. Your goal is to deliver expected results and great customer service. Daily you should be communicating with the
Superintendent on issues that will affect the project schedule and/or budget. In this role it is expected that you are handling the equivalent of $1.2 million in projects or $740,000 in mitigation projects. (If you do both it will be the higher of the two.)
