Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
- Coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
- Monitor progress and performance against established goals and benchmarks.
- Identify and address any issues or obstacles that may arise during the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, building codes, and safety standards.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and clients on project status and performance.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and accountability among project team members.
- Minimum of [5] years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams.

- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
