At Blue Star Donuts, we create delicious & unforgettable mouth watering moments Every. Single. Day. And we're seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join our SW Jefferson- Flagship team. This position ensures that all dishes, utensils, and equipment are washed and sanitized efficiently, allowing our production and retail staff to focus on crafting exceptional donuts and providing top-notch hospitality to our guests!

Position Details:
The responsibilities of a Dishwasher include, but is not limited to, the following:

• Adhere to Blue Star policies and procedures, demonstrating a strong understanding of company standards and expectations.
• Maintain food service health and sanitation guidelines compliance to ensure a safe and clean environment.
• Uphold safety and sanitation standards in all kitchen areas, including workstations and equipment.
• Demonstrate responsible and efficient use of water and cleaning supplies.
• Clean and sanitize the processing floor and equipment, including dishes and surfaces.
• Report to Assistant Flagship Manager and Executive Pastry Chef for daily deployment and questions.
• Ability to disassemble and reassemble large production equipment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned, such as regular and deep cleaning tasks, and janitorial cleanup of retail, bathrooms, and break rooms.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Current food handlers certification is required.
• Flexible schedule availability, including holidays & company blackout dates
• Must have a working cell phone and Gmail account.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50lbs.

Job Details:

• Starting wage: $16.45/hr tips
• Full-Time & Part-Time positions available.
• Full-Time employees are eligible for health & dental insurance after completion of a 90-day probationary period.
• Eligible for 401k matching after completion of a 90-day probationary period.
• Eligible for certifications after completion of a 90-day probationary period.
