Job Summary:
DELLA Auto- North Region is seeking a skilled and experienced Service Manager to join our team in Plattsburgh, New York. As the Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our service department, ensuring that all customer needs are met and providing exceptional service to maintain customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, individual contributor position that offers competitive salary and benefits within the automotive industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the service department, including scheduling, staffing, and training
  • Ensure the timely completion of all service appointments and repairs

  • Maintain accurate records of customer service and repair history
  • Establish and maintain relationships with customers to promote customer loyalty and retention
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve overall dealership operations and customer satisfaction

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a service management or leadership role within the automotive industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of automotive service and repair processes, tools, and equipment
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in computer systems and software relevant to the automotive industry
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
