This laidback family of four is looking for their next great nanny. We say, next because their previous one was pretty spectacular.

We’re honored to have made that match almost four years ago and want to do it again with someone who’ll stay with them for another four years or more! Mom works in human services while Dad’s a doctor whose schedule is variable, and you’ll need to (pretty please) also adjust.

Generally, you’ll work anywhere from 10-50 hours / week (most weeks are closer to 15 to 25-hour-weeks!) with a varying schedule that you’ll know well in advance, in addition to a couple of monthly date nights sprinkled in (again, pretty please, but this with a cherry on top).

The family may ask for more household duties during lower-hour work weeks to hit your guaranteed hours. Within your schedule, you’ll primarily care for a smiley, teeny-tiny darling with a big appetite.

You’ll hold, comfort, feed, burp, change, and guide the baby’s naps. When the sweet lady’s awake, you’ll read to her, teach her letters and numbers, have tons of tummy time, and get plenty of fresh air.

While baby girl loads up on her beauty sleep, you’ll help with the laundry, dishes, washing bottles, restocking supplies, vacuuming, sweeping, and light dinner prep.

Her four-year-old big brother is in school most of the day (aside from summer months!) but will need you to pick him up using your own vehicle.

When he’s home, you’ll have a blast playing outside, chasing him in the snow or inside with his toy cars (wink) the emergency vehicles are his favorite.

Back to putting out those fires, this little fellow is surely practicing to be a fireman because he loves to spray people with the hose! (Consider yourself warned.

There are no pets, and there are allergies to milk, soy, and cats. You will need to know how to swim and must have your vaccines and CPR certifications up to date.

Most importantly, you must be flexible with slight schedule changes that you’ll know about in advance.
