Mobile Health Van
The Specialist-Community Health will :
Operates Mobile Health Unit according to operator's manual specifications and safety measures. Provides for security when operating the unit at health screening and / or community health fair.
Inventories equipment and supplies; maintains testing equipment. Assists with recordkeeping, documentation and in health screening activities as assigned per competency and protocol.
- Associates degree preferred.
- Knowledge of data management, project management, attention to detail and prioritization.
- Excellent communication skills for interaction with members of the community as well as healthcare professionals.
- Ability to quickly learn patient testing procedures, operations and maintenance of patient testing equipment.
Requirements :
BLS Certification required, as approved by the American Heart Association.
